Intro to Wheel Throwing

Learn to shape clay on the potter’s wheel by joining our Wheel Throwing class. Our experienced staff will take you through each step, from Centering & Wedging to Pulling & Trimming. As you progress, you will understand the delicate balance between speed and stability as well as dampness and strength. Over time, you will learn new techniques and methods of playing with clay which will allow you to take on a wider range of projects.
